Amphibole Quartz display some of my favorite color variations and textures when it comes to Quartz crystals. Also known as Angel Hair Quartz, Amphibole comes from the Greek word "amphiboles" meaning ambiguous. Inosilicate minerals that include richterite, actinolite, hornblende, tremolite, hematite, kaolinite, limonite, and lithium all play in part with the color variations we see in Amphibole Quartz which include red, white, orange, brown, yellow, and green!
These crystals make great meditation companions helping with lucid dreaming, and to help understand trauma to better respond to things we haven't done well with in the past. It brings inner healing specifically to the child within all of us.
